What is your return pollicy?
We will accept any merchandise within 30 days of our receipt of your order. The merchandise must be in relatively good condition (unless it was mangled in the mail. Hey, it happens). We will refund you the cost of merchandise minus the cost of us shipping it to you. We do not have a formal returns system so include some sort of reasonable means of us identifying you and your purchase.
You are under no obligation to tell us why, but an email would be nice. Maybe there is something we can work out.
If you have a question about a product, ask before buying.
A lot of our products are home made, or made by real people with artist studios. We will do our absolute best to communicate in the product descriptions which products may have the charm of being handmade.
